Raised in a hard working family in Greytown, Wairarapa, Natasha enjoyed household chores while growing up, often cleaning the house before her Mum arrived home from work. This instilled a great work ethic that has carried through into her adult life, juggling employment and a busy family life. Natasha is an energetic person who continuously goes the extra mile for all of her clients. She strongly believes and aims for providing the best service on offer in the Manawatu region. She gets a great deal of satisfaction from a job well done, so ensures all Executive Housewives are trained so that they can meet all of her company standards.

After relocating to the Manawatu in 2011 to live with her husband, who is a local Agriculture Pilot,  Natasha created Hire a Housewife. The company has rapidly earned a reputation for providing an excellent service and prides itself on maintaining the highest standards for every client. In this short amount of time Hire a Housewife has gone from one Executive Housewife to 18 dedicated Executive Housewives personally trained by Natasha.

Natasha works closely with property managers, real estate agents and building companies around the Manawatu as well as her individual clients

Natasha and her team have worked hard to set themselves apart in an industry that has remained virtually unchanged for decades. This has included a Cleaning Academy Program so every Executive Housewife is fully trained, Health and Safety Manuals that are always up to date, and most importantly our policies and procedures handbook so all Executive Housewives understand how important all aspects of the business are including client privacy.

 

We have set out to create something special, where clients and staff feel like they are a part of the Hire a Housewife family, not just a dollar figure or another client. The culture we have created is one of respect and fairness, trust, integrity and adaptability, where employees and clients feel they are a part of something special.

We constantly set ourselves apart by our strong desire to give back to a community that is supporting us and our business, so in 2017 we created Cleaning for a Cause. We are now working with Arohanui Hospice Palliative Care Social Workers to offer cancer patients who need a cleaner a free cleaning service  (Conditions Apply). This is the first time such a service has been made available to the people of the Manawatu and we are really looking forward to helping families in need.
