MEET NATASHA
Hi my name is Natasha. My passion for the cleaning industry runs deep it’s what drives me to build a service that’s not only professional and reliable but also deeply personal. At Hire a Housewife, I’m proud to lead a team of hardworking, kind, and detail-focused professionals we call our Executive Housewives. Together, we’ve created a supportive, positive team culture that makes our work more than just a job it’s a shared purpose.
My role within the business now is focused on strategic growth, marketing, and system development. I work behind the scenes to ensure that every part of the client experience from the first inquiry to the final result runs smoothly and consistently. I believe that great systems build great service, and I'm always looking for ways to improve how we operate and deliver value to our clients.
Having lived and worked in the Manawatū region for many years, I’m genuinely passionate about the community we serve. It’s incredibly rewarding to see how our work supports not just homes, but people giving them more time, less stress, and a cleaner, calmer space to enjoy.
When I'm not focused on the business, I treasure spending time with my children and my husband, Pete, who is a local agricultural pilot. Life is full but I feel very lucky to do what I love, with a team I trust, and in a region that continues to inspire and support us.
NAT BURKE

MEET NAT
Hi, I’m Nat! I joined Hire a Housewife in July 2017 as Natasha’s Executive Assistant. Since then, my role has evolved into Operations Manager, where I work closely alongside Natasha to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building strong relationships with our clients and being actively involved in the continued growth of the company. It’s been amazing to watch how far Hire a Housewife has come and I’m proud to have been part of that journey.
I love being involved in all aspects of the business, from behind-the-scenes coordination to making sure our clients always receive exceptional service. In 2019, I was honoured to receive the ‘Most Outstanding Employee’ award at the Feilding Business Awards a moment I’m incredibly proud of and a reflection of the pride I take in my work.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to my son. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially getting outdoors and hitting the road to explore we never quite know where we’ll end up, and that’s part of the fun! I also love walking my two Shih Tzu dogs every day they’re a big part of our family life.
KIM

MEET KIM
In addition to my administrative strengths, I also hold a formal qualification in culinary arts, and I’m passionate about photography. Outside of work, I’m an early riser who enjoys starting the day with a workout it keeps me focused and energised for both work and family life.
Joining Hire a Housewife has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I love the team environment, the shared commitment to excellence, and the opportunity to be part of a company that consistently goes above and beyond for its clients. I’m excited about the journey ahead and proud to be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

Quality Manager -
Before joining Hire a Housewife I owned Flat Hills Café where we ran a café and campground complete with animals and a maze. I loved the variety that came with the business and the opportunity to meet and work with so many different people.
At Hire a Housewife, I enjoy combining my passion for cleaning with being part of a fantastic team. As Quality Manager, I take pride in helping maintain our high standards and making sure we consistently deliver great service to our clients. I believe in going the extra mile, paying attention to the little details, and supporting our team to do their very best.
I love being part of a company that helps create clean, welcoming homes and makes a positive difference in people's lives every day.
MEL
Senior Team Support-
I like to think of myself as honest, reliable and someone who can always find humour in everyday situations. I enjoy having a laugh, bringing positivity to those around me and creating a welcoming environment wherever I am. I believe that hard work, honesty and a good sense of humour are important values
CASEY
Bay of Plenty Team Lead-
Casey joined Hire A Housewife in Manawatū in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the team. During her time there, she worked alongside more than 20 + building companies, gaining extensive experience in builders cleans, new-home handovers and delivering the high standards our clients expect.
At the beginning of 2026, Casey and her family made the move to the beautiful Bay of Plenty. But there was one problem she loved Hire A Housewife too much to leave! So rather than saying goodbye, Casey helped us establish our Bay of Plenty operation and now proudly leads our team in the region.
No two days are ever the same for Casey. Whether she’s preparing a brand-new home for its owners, supporting her team or helping a regular client stay on top of a busy household, she loves knowing that what we do makes a genuine difference.
Outside of work, Casey is a proud mum of three. She loves the people she works alongside, the relationships she builds with clients and, of course, the laughs that come with being part of the Hire A Housewife team.
KELLY
Head Gardener-
Kelly moved to Manawatū in 2016 and joined the Hire A Housewife team in 2023. She quickly found her place within the team and loves the friendly, fun environment and the variety her role brings.
A big part of Kelly’s role is working with our gardening crew, helping transform and maintain clients’ outdoor spaces. She especially loves seeing the difference a few hours of hard work can make bringing gardens back to life and leaving them looking fresh and cared for.
Kelly is also one of those team members who’s happy to jump in wherever she’s needed, including helping our teams tackle builders cleans.
Outside of work, Kelly and her partner have a cat and dog who are very much their little babies. You’ll often find her at the beach with her dog or curled up on the couch with her cat and a good book.
MELISSA
Executive Housewife -
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys building LEGO, doing puzzles and looking after her indoor plants. She also loves getting outdoors for walks, spending time in nature and being near the ocean.
Melissa enjoys the satisfaction of seeing a space come together and loves knowing her work can make a difference to our clients’ day.
BECCA
Executive Housewife -
As a mum of two, Becca understands just how busy everyday life can get and how quickly the housework can become another job on an already long list.
She’s someone who loves keeping busy, being on her feet and seeing the results of a job well done, which makes being an Executive Housewife a great fit for her.
For Becca, one of the most rewarding parts of the role is knowing that while cleaning might be one less job for her clients to worry about, it can make a big difference to how they feel when they walk through the door at the end of a long day.
Outside of work, Becca loves keeping active. You’ll often find her at the gym, heading out for a hike or simply enjoying some time outdoors surrounded by nature.
She brings that same energy and enthusiasm to her work and loves being able to make life that little bit easier for the people she cleans for.
ESTAH
Executive Housewife -
Estah is a relaxed, down-to-earth person who loves a good laugh and enjoys being part of a team where she can work hard while still having fun along the way.
When she’s not working, Estah loves pottering around at home. You’ll often find her in the kitchen cooking something delicious, getting creative with her crochet or simply enjoying time with her partner and family.
She appreciates the simple things in life and brings that same easygoing, caring nature to the homes she looks after.
For Estah, being part of Hire A Housewife is about doing a great job, enjoying the people she works alongside and knowing she’s helped make someone’s day a little easier.
FRITHA
Executive Housewife -
After growing up in Manawatū, Fritha headed to Wellington for university before graduating in 2025 and making the move back home.
Fritha has a creative side and, when she’s not working, you’ll often find her sewing, painting or getting lost in a good book. She also loves getting outdoors and taking her dogs for a walk.
One of the things Fritha enjoys most about being part of Hire A Housewife is knowing that the work she does has a genuine impact on her clients’ everyday lives.
For Fritha, leaving behind a beautifully clean home isn’t just about the cleaning — it’s about giving clients back some precious time and allowing them to relax and fully enjoy their home.
JENNINE
Executive Housewife -
Jennine joined Hire A Housewife at the beginning of 2025 and quickly found her place as part of our nightshift team. She genuinely enjoys cleaning and takes real pride in knowing that while our clients are sleeping, the team is busy getting their workplaces looking their best for the following day.
Outside of work, Jennine’s life looks a little different! She lives on 40 acres near the beach with her partner and their ever-growing four-legged family — two dogs, two cats and six horses.
Horses are a huge part of Jennine’s life, and when she’s not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find her galloping along the beach with the dogs in tow.
Jennine loves the balance her role gives her and brings her hardworking, down-to-earth nature to every clean.
TRACEY
Executive Housewife -
Tracey is a proud Bay of Plenty local and mum to two wonderful daughters. After taking time away from her career to be a stay-at-home mum, she was excited to return to the workforce and become part of the Hire A Housewife team.
Before having her family, Tracey spent 10 years working in hospitality, gaining valuable experience in both customer service and hotel housekeeping. Ensuring rooms were beautifully clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard gave her an excellent foundation for her role with us today.
Her hospitality background has given Tracey a strong work ethic, great communication skills and a real eye for the little details that make a difference in a home.
Outside of work, Tracey loves making the most of living in the Bay of Plenty spending time at the beach, heading out for walks and getting lost in a good book.
SETH
Gardener -
Seth has loved his time with Hire A Housewife and says one of the best parts of the job is the people he gets to work alongside. He’s naturally social, loves a good laugh and enjoys being part of a team that works hard while still having fun along the way.
Gardening has become a real passion for Seth. He loves taking a garden that needs some attention and seeing the transformation at the end of the job especially the reaction from clients when they see the finished result.
Outside of work, fitness is a huge part of Seth’s life. He is a qualified Personal Trainer, is involved with the Manawatū Strength Club and arm wrestling, and is continuing his studies to further develop his knowledge and qualifications.
If Seth isn’t at work, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll find him training at Evolve Gym in Feilding! He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Seth is grateful for the opportunities he’s had to learn and grow with Hire A Housewife and brings a great mix of energy, humour and determination to everything he takes on.
VICTORIA
Executive Housewife -
Originally from Australia, Victoria has been living in New Zealand on and off for the past couple of years with her partner and is excited to now be part of the Hire A Housewife team.
Victoria understands just how busy life can get and believes having a clean, organised space can make a huge difference to how you feel at home. She takes pride in providing reliable, thorough cleaning that takes some of that pressure off her clients.
One of the most rewarding parts of the job for Victoria is finishing her day knowing that the work she’s done has genuinely made someone else’s day that little bit easier.
Outside of work, Victoria loves spending time with her friends, getting out and exploring on the weekends and capturing the places, people and little moments around her through photography.
RHIANNON
Executive Housewife -
Originally from Hawke’s Bay, Rhi now has family in Manawatū and spends much of her time in the region. Family is incredibly important to her, and she’s also a proud mum to a teenage son who, as she says, keeps life interesting!
Outside of work, Rhi loves spending time in the kitchen cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She’s also recently returned to the gym and enjoys keeping active while still appreciating some quiet time at home.
Rhi enjoys the satisfaction that comes from a job well done and being able to help make life that little bit easier for her clients. She brings a relaxed, friendly personality to the Hire A Housewife team and enjoys being around people and getting stuck into her day.
AISHA
Executive Housewife -
Aisha is definitely one of those people who brings energy wherever she goes. She loves a good laugh and enjoys being part of a team where she can work hard, be herself and have fun along the way.
Outside of work, fitness is a big part of Aisha’s life and you’ll often find her in the gym lifting heavy and challenging herself.
Music is another huge part of her world. Whether she’s singing along or simply listening, there’s a pretty good chance she has music playing sometimes for 10 hours a day!
Aisha brings that same energy and enthusiasm to her work, getting stuck in and taking pride in helping create clean, welcoming spaces for our clients.
CHARLOTTA
Executive Housewife -
Family is at the heart of Charlotta’s world. She’s a proud mum to two amazing children and loves spending time together, making special memories as they settle into their life in New Zealand.
Since joining Hire A Housewife, Charlotta has loved becoming part of such a friendly and supportive team. Naturally a little quieter, she brings a calm, caring nature to her work along with a strong work ethic and genuine pride in doing a job well.
Outside of work, Charlotta enjoys the simple things in life — spending quality time with her family, exploring their new surroundings and appreciating those little everyday moments that often mean the most.
She brings that same thoughtful and caring nature into her clients’ homes and loves knowing that her work can help make someone’s day that little bit easier.
JESSICA

Team Trainer-
Before joining Hire A Housewife, Belinda spent five years as a horse trainer in South Africa. Her love of horses and riding remains one of her biggest passions, and she loves having a role that keeps her active throughout the day.
Belinda takes real pride in her work and loves the satisfaction of leaving a home knowing she has made a difference to someone’s day. Being part of a supportive team and seeing happy clients at the end of a clean is, as she says, the cherry on top!
SUZ
Senior Team Support-
Outside of work, Suz is a passionate home cook who loves experimenting with new flavours in the kitchen. She’s just as happy out in the garden with soil on her hands or curled up at home with her dogs after a busy day.
Suz loves the simple things that keep her grounded, grateful and content. She brings that same down-to-earth, positive attitude to her work and enjoys the different challenges each day brings.
For Suz, the most rewarding part of the job is knowing she has made someone’s day a little easier and left their home feeling fresh, clean and cared for. She also loves the great bunch of women she gets to work alongside and the laughs they share along the way.
LILLY
Team Support & HQ Support-
Before joining Hire A Housewife, Lilly studied administration and also worked within the farming industry. As a busy mum with six children between her and her husband Mark, she knows firsthand how much of a difference having some help around the home can make.
Lilly takes huge pride in her work and loves walking away at the end of the day knowing she has made life that little bit easier for her clients. When she’s not working or busy with family life, you’ll often find her at the gym in Feilding. Keeping active is a big part of her life.
BAYLEE
HQ Support-
After making the big move from the South Island to Manawatū, Baylee quickly found her place within the Hire A Housewife team and has loved the welcoming and supportive environment.
Baylee has always enjoyed the satisfaction that comes from a clean, fresh and organised home. She now gets to bring that same feeling to her clients and loves knowing that the work she does can make someone’s busy life that little bit easier.
Outside of work, Baylee enjoys the quieter things in life. You’ll most likely find her getting lost in a good book, snuggling up with her fur baby or spending quality time with her partner.
For Baylee, being part of Hire A Housewife is about more than cleaning it’s about taking pride in her work, caring for her clients’ homes and being part of a team she genuinely enjoys working alongside.
STEPHANIE
Executive Housewife & Gardener -
Steph is a practical, hands on person who loves keeping busy and isn’t afraid to tackle just about anything that needs doing. Alongside her role as an Executive Housewife, she also works with our gardening crew, bringing the same hardworking attitude and attention to detail outdoors as she does inside our clients’ homes.
A proud mum of two adult sons and grandmother to a much-loved granddaughter, family is a big part of Steph’s life.
She also has a real adventurous side. Steph loves getting out on her motorcycle and exploring different parts of New Zealand and has travelled extensively overseas, including Turkey, Egypt, Europe, England, Ireland, Scotland, Thailand and Rarotonga.
When she’s not working or travelling, Steph is just as happy at home gardening, pottering around fixing things or getting creative with arts and crafts.
Whether it’s cleaning, gardening or lending a hand wherever she’s needed, Steph is always willing to get stuck in and get the job done.
VANESSA
Executive Housewife -
Vanessa originally joined Hire A Housewife working nightshift before she and her family packed up and headed to Australia for a year-long sabbatical. But even a year across the ditch couldn’t keep her away from the HAH team! She’s now back, this time on dayshift, and loving being part of the team again.
Vanessa has been married to her husband Bernie for nearly 20 years and together they have four nearly-grown children so she certainly knows a thing or two about keeping on top of a busy household!
And the family doesn’t stop there. At last count, their ever-growing menagerie included two dogs, two cats, seven chickens and six calves… but who’s counting?
When she’s not cleaning, Vanessa spends plenty of time overseeing her children’s education and looking after life at home.
What Vanessa loves most about Hire A Housewife is the camaraderie within the team and the shared commitment to delivering an exceptional standard for every client. She takes real pride in her work and loves being back with the HAH family.
SHELLEY
Executive Housewife

Originally from Hawke’s Bay, Shelley has called Manawatū home for the past 18 years. Having previously worked in commercial cleaning and raised three children, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle work, family and everything that comes with a busy household.
After working all week, who really wants to spend their entire weekend cleaning? That’s what Shelley loves about her role. Whether it’s a weekly, fortnightly, monthly or one-off clean, she knows she’s helping take something off her clients’ plates.
One of her favourite parts of the job is imagining her clients walking through the door and seeing the transformation the team has created knowing they can simply relax and enjoy their home.
Shelley is also a huge animal lover and has two much-loved fur babies of her own Marley, her black German Shepherd, and Belle, her silver tabby. She loves meeting clients’ pets and understands just how important it is to keep them safe and secure while the team is working in their home.
Shelley also loves the supportive culture at Hire A Housewife and being part of a team that genuinely cares about its clients and each other. For her, it’s all about making life a little easier because we all deserve a little more time to relax.
REBEKAH
Executive Housewife -
Born and raised in Manawatū, Rebekah is a proud mum of two and loves the work-life balance that being part of Hire A Housewife’s nightshift team gives her.
Since moving into professional cleaning, Rebekah has discovered just how much she enjoys the work and the satisfaction that comes from seeing the transformation at the end of a clean.
Family is a big part of Rebekah’s life. She and her children love getting outdoors together, whether it’s heading to the park, spending a day at the beach or going fishing.
When she gets some time to herself, Rebekah enjoys reading, watching movies, travelling and spending time with her family and animals.
For Rebekah, nightshift provides the perfect balance allowing her to be there for her family while doing a job she enjoys and helping create beautifully clean spaces for our clients.
BIANCA
Executive Housewife -
Bianca was born in South Africa and has now called New Zealand home for more than 12 years.
She has a creative side and loves photography and colouring, as well as getting outdoors for a hike and discovering new places to explore. Photography gives her the perfect excuse to capture some of the beautiful places she finds along the way.
Bianca is also a very proud fur mum to two much-loved cats, who she affectionately calls her babies!
When she’s not working or exploring, Bianca enjoys finding a good TV series to get hooked on and spending quality time with her family and friends.
She brings her naturally caring personality, creativity and attention to detail into her role at Hire A Housewife and enjoys being part of a team that helps make life easier for our clients.
