MEET NATASHA
Hi my name is Natasha. These days, my role is less about having a cloth in my hand and more about driving the business forward through strategy, marketing, systems and growth.
I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the culture behind Hire A Housewife. Our Executive Housewives are hardworking, caring and committed to delivering a consistently high standard for our clients.
For me, it’s always been about more than cleaning. It’s about giving people back time, reducing the load and creating a service they know they can rely on.
When I’m not working on the business, life is just as busy with my family. I feel incredibly lucky to have built something I love, alongside a team I trust, while continuing to look at where we can take Hire A Housewife next.
NAT BURKE
Operations Manager-
MEET NAT
Hi, I’m Nat! I joined Hire a Housewife in July 2017 as Natasha’s Executive Assistant. Since then, my role has evolved into Operations Manager, where I work closely alongside Natasha to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building strong relationships with our clients and being actively involved in the continued growth of the company. It’s been amazing to watch how far Hire a Housewife has come and I’m proud to have been part of that journey.
I love being involved in all aspects of the business, from behind-the-scenes coordination to making sure our clients always receive exceptional service. In 2019, I was honoured to receive the ‘Most Outstanding Employee’ award at the Feilding Business Awards a moment I’m incredibly proud of and a reflection of the pride I take in my work.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mum to my son. I enjoy spending time with my family, especially getting outdoors and hitting the road to explore we never quite know where we’ll end up, and that’s part of the fun! I also love walking my two Shih Tzu dogs every day they’re a big part of our family life.
KIM
Executive Assistant-
MEET KIM
I bring a strong background in administration to my role as Executive Assistant here at Hire A Housewife. Previously, I worked as an Administrative Coordinator, where I managed calendars and facilitated communication between customers, suppliers, and the factory floor. I now apply those same skills to support the daily operations of our growing team, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
In addition to my administrative strengths, I also hold a formal qualification in culinary arts, and I'm passionate about photography. Outside of work, I'm an early riser who enjoys starting the day with a workout — it keeps me focused and energised for both work and family life.
Joining Hire A Housewife has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I love the team environment, the shared commitment to excellence, and the opportunity to be part of a company that consistently goes above and beyond for its clients. I'm excited about the journey ahead and proud to be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

Outside of work, Becca loves keeping active. You’ll often find her at the gym, heading out for a hike or simply enjoying some time outdoors surrounded by nature.

I enjoy keeping fit and active, and I love the satisfaction that comes from cleaning and leaving a space looking fresh and tidy.

Outside of work, Jennine’s life looks a little different! She lives on 40 acres near the beach with her partner and their ever-growing four-legged family — two dogs, two cats and six horses.
Horses are a huge part of Jennine’s life, and when she’s not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find her galloping along the beach with the dogs in tow.
